In the recent chapters of Boruto Two Blue Vortex, Sasuke has not made any appearance yet. Sasuke’s last known whereabouts were at the Hidden Leaf Village, where he was seen running away with Boruto Uzumaki. They have trained for the last couple of years together and Boruto has returned and is showing signs of being more mature and is clearly gaining more skills under his mentor Sasuke. However, where is Sasuke?

Reddit user u/KaiserSenpaiAckerman has a funny take on where he could be and it could be a funny Boruto spoiler.

Another Reddit user u/Beat_Writer agrees with this theory and commented “I’m starting to lean to this theory as well. It would also explain why he has his things, why Koji became his other sensei, and why he refused to look at Sarada. He is all business as well, losing Sasuke would do that.” If true this Boruto spoiler theory will add an extra element to the story.

Boruto spoiler: Is tree theory better than sword theory?

Another Reddit user u/Ordinary_Capital commented, “I definitely prefer Tree Sasuke to Sword Sasuke.” Most Naruto fans will be aware of this bizarre fan theory. The Sasuke being a sword theory in Naruto is a fan theory that suggests that Sasuke is not a real person, but rather a manifestation of the Kusanagi sword. Proponents of the theory argue that Sasuke’s existence is tied to the Kusanagi sword.

They believe that Sasuke was created by the sword as a vessel for its power. As such, Sasuke is not a truly independent being, but rather an extension of the sword’s will. 

Reddit user u/GeekWars2 commented “The way you put it made me spit my drink lol… But yeah, I’m inclined to agree that this is a strong possibility.” Others were pretty sceptical of the theory. Some believe that Sasuke is just written out of the story like the other Naruto characters like Naruto and Hinata to give more limelight to the new generation.
